Fibre Voice is a high-speed internet and telephone service delivered over a 100% Fibre optic network. With this service, our customers will enjoy faster internet speeds, easy connectivity for multiple users, greater reliability, and added security with crystal clear telephone calls.
The Fibre Voice plans provide customers with a Fibre internet and voice solution in ONE affordable package. New and existing Fibre customers can access this voice and data service.
To register for ONE Fibre Voice service the following is required:
- You must be located within an area that supports ONE Fibre
- Valid proof of identification (e.g. National ID card, Driver’s license or Passport)
- Valid e-mail address

- 200 FREE ONE to ONE Mobile Minutes
- Increased flexibility with bundled packages

Each ONE Fibre modem can accommodate a maximum of two (2) landlines.
ONE Fibre Voice service includes Unlimited ONE to ONE landline calls and 200 ONE to ONE mobile minutes. The ONE Fibre 1GB plan offers Unlimited ONE to ONE Mobile and fixed calls.

What is Fibre Equipment Rental?
Equipment rental is a nominal fee of GY$400 Vat Inclusive charge per month. This charge covers the initial delivery and setting up of each Customer’s Premises Equipment (CPE) and WIFI. In part, it includes any future upgrades and/or replacement of the CPE and WIFI.

ONE Fibre 1GB is a new residential Fibre Voice plan which provides customers with more Mbps download and upload speeds, Unlimited ON network calls to fixed and mobile, 200 free international minutes, free calling features, free battery backup.
Any existing ONE customer or new customers that reside in ONE Fibre geographic area.
• Up to 1000Mbps download
• Up to 300Mbps uploads.
• Unlimited minutes to make Fixed and Mobile ONE to ONEne calls.
• 200 FREE minutes monthly for calls to USA, Canada, and English Caribbean (Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Turks & Caicos Islands, Trinidad & Tobago, and Bahamas). No roll-over minutes for international long-distance calls.

No, the international minutes do not roll over, however your allotted 200 minutes will be available at the beginning of each new month.
Customers are allowed to downgrade from ONE Fibre 1GB to any other Fibre Plan at any time. For downgrades within one year the customer will be assessed the full cost of GY$17,399 (vat inclusive) for the battery backup unit and $22,100 for the router.
