This promotion is available to all existing One Comm prepaid customers, existing postpaid Legacy customers and potentially new customers who can port into the One Network on the postpaid service.

Information about this promotion will be shared on all of One Comm’s social media pages and also to select customers via SMS throughout the promotion period, informing them that they can either visit a store or fill out a form on the website to sign up for this offer.

No, there is no legal contract tied to this offer. Customers are free to stay on the postpaid service or downgrade to prepaid if they wish, with no termination fees applied.

Yes, customers can be converted to prepaid before or after the initial two-month period, but first, they must clear any outstanding charges on their account.

Yes, customers are more than welcome to remain on the postpaid service after the first two discounted months. 
However, it is important to note that they will be billed at the full retail price of their selected postpaid plan on the third month, as the discounted trial period would have ended.

No. Existing One Comm postpaid customers on Eagle plans cannot take part in this promotion. 
However, existing Legacy postpaid customers can participate and enjoy 25% off on their monthly charge for the first two months when they upgrade to an Eagle plan.

Yes. All prepaid One Comm customers can keep their existing mobile numbers when they upgrade to postpaid on a select Eagle plan. 
Customers without a One Comm number can also keep their existing numbers when they port into our network and sign up for one of the Eagle plans.

No, customers can upgrade to any postpaid plan free of cost. However, an advance payment of the discounted monthly charge will be required to avoid bill shock at the end of the month.

Postpaid is a service that comes with monthly allocations of data, SMS and minutes (including on-net & off-net), and it works on a 40-day billing cycle. Customers are required to pay a fixed amount every month for those allotments, eliminating the need to manually top up and activate data plans. Payments can be made through MMG, bank transfers or at any One Comm store.

Four Eagle plans are offered for this promotion. The price and number of allocations for each plan vary as shown below. Each is suited for different customers based on the monthly mobile usage.

The normal retail price for each Eagle plan is displayed above, but the customers will only be charged the prices listed below per month on their chosen plan for the first two months. 
Prices of Each Eagle Plan with the 25% Discount:

  • Eagle More – $3,750/month
  • Eagle Prime – $6,000/month
  • Eagle Premium – $9,750/month
  • Eagle Elite – $15,000/month

All prepaid balances on the customer’s account will be lost during the conversion process. However, there is a Postpaid Welcome Pack that will be added to the account once it is successfully upgraded to compensate for the prepaid balance. Additionally, any mobile credit on the account can be transferred to another One Comm prepaid number by the customer representatives once provided.
