Mother's Day FAQ
This promotion leverages the busy season to encourage customers to engage in selected transactions with us, rewarding them with exciting physical prizes. Our goal is to increase postpaid subscriptions, boost 30-day prepaid activations, and attract new customers to sign up for Fibre or upgrade their existing Fibre plans.
Customers can qualify by conducting any of the following transactions, with each transaction earning them entry into the prize draw. The more transactions, the higher your chances of winning:

◦ Purchase a 30-day prepaid plan
◦ Sign up for or upgrade your Fibre plan
The promotion dates are:
◦ Mother's Day Promotion: May 5th to May 17th
The prizes for the Mother's Day promotion are:
◦ Grand Prize: 500k Courts Voucher
◦ Weekly Prizes: 3 mmg gift cards valued at 100k each
The weekly prize announcements for the Mother's Day season are as follows:
◦ Week 1: May 1 - 8 (Prize handover on May 10)
◦ Week 2: May 9 - 15 (Prize handover on May 17)
◦ Mother's Day Special Prize: May 11 (announced on radio or social media)
◦ Grand Prize: Announced on May 18
Customers will get 1 entry per transaction the more transaction conducted the more entries.
◦ Sign up for postpaid – 1 entry
◦ Purchase a 30-day prepaid plan – 1 entry
◦ Sign up for or upgrade your Fibre plan – 1 entry per transaction
Customers will be shortlisted by their transaction, and everyone will be entered a random draw where the weekly and grand prize winner name will be pulled at random.
We will then contact the respective winners and inform them of their prize. The necessary screening will be done to check their full name, telephone number and address or if they have any outstanding balances.
Winners will be invited to the One Comm Pegasus Corporate Office during working hours to receive their prize and execute a photo opt.
The winner(s) will be contacted by telephone 592 6233885 or announced via One Comm radio interviews, social media or WhatsApp Channel.
Customers will be invited to the One Comm Pegasus Corporate Office to uplift their prize.
Photos and videos will be taken for media and social media use with the possibility of masks in consideration of anonymity for the customer.
